1. STUDY OF THE ISSUE OF DUAL PURPOSES OF LANDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF DOCUMENTATION ON TERRITORIAL PLANNING

The purpose of the scientific article is to study the issue of duplication of land categories in the territory for which the documentation on the planning of the territory is developed for the purpose of placing a linear object. When developing the documentation, it was revealed that often the formed land plots are located on the lands of the forest fund and at the same time on the lands or land plots of other categories, in connection with which controversial issues arise regarding the classification of plots into a certain category, as well as the identification of title and documents. The article focuses on the legislative basis regulating this issue and its practical application. As a result of the study, it was determined that such a situation significantly affects the development and further implementation of the project. It is emphasized that the problem can be eliminated only by finalizing the current legislation in this area, as well as by carrying out comprehensive cadastral works that allow clarifying the boundaries of plots and correcting existing registry errors.
