After more than 80,000 downloads and for the eighth consecutive year, the digital business company Flat 101 presents its Annual Conversion Study 2023. A report that has become a national and international reference for understanding the situation of the digital ecosystem in Spain. The study includes data obtained from more than 1,150 digital businesses and a qualitative survey carried out on more than a thousand people.
According to the report and after analyzing a total of 19 sectors, the average conversion rate** in 2022 fell by almost 10% compared to 2021, going from 1.22% to 1.20%, resembling the results obtained in 2020.
A significant fact is that email conversion exceeds 2%, a percentage that shows the importance of correctly working on the content, retargeting and loyalty strategy.
Another relevant contribution of the study is that when analyzing conversion by browser, we see that Edge is ahead of Safari, Chrome, Android or Firefox, reaching 2.58% conversion.
Within the 19 sectors analysed, the report shows that Food Delivery, NGOs, Parapharmacy and Supermarkets occupy the top positions with the best conversion rate, well above other sectors such as DIY, Construction and decoration or Education.
