This is why, until now, only a few people could obtain the full performance of the information that existed in their organization. From now on, thanks to SaaS models for implementing software, the costs of the software are divided significantly and SMEs and even freelancers can access a tool that is as complete as it is essential in a modern organization.
Thanks to Carlos Castro from AdysaGroup I have been able to enjoy a demo user for a few days and thoroughly test the Business Intelligence application we are talking about in order to offer myself and you, the readers of this blog, a brief but realistic assessment.
If I had to define this BI in three words, they would surely be: Flexible, Intuitive and Economical . By integrating it with any CRM, ERP, etc. system, it will offer us all the information through pre-designed reports, or custom-designed ones on the fly, on which we can make decisions.
German Pineiro's BlogThese reports are exportable in most formats, so that anyone can feel comfortable working with them later or interpreting their information in other applications. However, if you wish, you can also view the reports and graphs generated on the BI application itself and see the progress of the indicators in real time.
Thanks to the flexibility and intuitive user interface included, any user, department, etc. will be able to design and obtain in just a few minutes or even seconds the report with the real-time data they need to continue their work or to attend a meeting they have been called to and be able to report on up-to-the-minute information.

More than 5 years ago at MaritimeSite.Com I was part of a team with Jorge Gonzalez, Fernando García and a few other people in a company owned by the 10 main private shipyards in Spain and dedicated primarily to the implementation of new technologies within the naval sector in our country.
Basically, we launched 3 products that were innovative at the time, but were necessary to modernize a sector in which at that time plans were still being made by hand… anyway. The 3 products were the following:
-Virtual Communities: For project monitoring and sharing information between all participants in the construction or repair of a ship. (Relocation of participants mainly)
-E-Marketplace: Under IBM's Websphere platform (the same one used by eBay) it sought to be the centre of supply and demand for the naval sector in Spain.
-SET: Economic-technical monitoring system for ship construction.
Needless to say, all these products were offered with integration carried out for the ERPs used by the shipyards. The problem of adopting the tools was fundamentally based on the way the sector worked; despite having the applications, they did not end up adopting them to their work processes even at 20%. As a result, formation scattered and were ultimately more enslaved to their ERP than vice versa…
To implement a CRM, ERP, BI, etc. solution, first, in addition to needing it, you have to want it and be willing to work correctly, fundamentally avoiding personal obsessions and being consistent with the procedures defined in the organization.
Today, with the help of AdysaGroup, any SME or self-employed person can enjoy a powerful Business Intelligence tool that helps them make decisions and grow as a company, because the right information at the right time increases our competitiveness.
