Hybrid Approaches: Reinforce the existing business model but destroy the rules of the game for different online competitors. This model is usually adopted by well-positioned companies that are willing to change their own situation to benefit from a new business model . It requires a very clear vision and medium and long-term support that supports very significant investments. (E.g. Dell, Cisco, etc.)
