The platform offers a myriad of options to tailor the CRM to your specific business needs, but this also comes with a steep learning curve. Configuring Salesforce to fit my processes took significant time and effort, but once configured, the system has proven to be incredibly powerful.
The dashboard provided a wealth of data, but it could be difficult to navigate at first. Salesforce is undeniably robust, but it’s clear that it may require a dedicated administrator or support team to take full advantage of its capabilities.
