Client Features
MCN Telecom knows first-hand about one of the main problems of HR switzerland phone number library specialists. Job seekers with whom you have already agreed on the date and time of the meeting may not show up and not warn about it.

However, the client who contacted us has an even more pressing situation with hiring specialists. We were contacted by a large financial organization operating throughout Russia, with a network of branches and a large main office. The HR department is responsible for recruiting personnel, and hiring is ongoing: branch managers, call center specialists, developers, and many other specialists are needed.
Unfortunately, according to the company's internal analytics, the situation with applicants' no-shows roughly corresponds to HeadHunter data. According to data for the first quarter of 2022, 42% of potential employees did not show up for interviews without explanation, and most of them were highly qualified personnel with at least one year of experience.
A protracted search for employees is a constant financial loss for the company. Therefore, the management decided to find a modern and, if possible, automated way to solve this problem. They turned to us with this.
Finding a solution

For the study, we connected a voice robot. It automatically called contacts from the CRM database, conducted a survey using an agreed script, and saved the answers. This allowed us to save time for the specialists conducting the survey and not to mix up or lose the information received. In addition, the voice robot worked quickly: it took only two hours to process the database of candidates from 5,180 people.
After processing the data obtained, it turned out that the reasons for not appearing for the interview were that:
the candidates thought about the offer and realized that it did not interest them;
didn't have time to arrive for the interview;
