Dani Ruiz is passionate about digital marketing. While studying communication, he realized all the potential that the digital environment had and decided to dive in, creating his own blog on growth hacking. He currently works as a digital marketing specialist for the official dealer group Motor Munich. He tells us his story in the following interview.

You studied a degree in Communication and Cultural Industries. Why did you decide to train in these disciplines?
While I was studying high school, I knew I wanted to work na p Journalism? Audiovisual bosnia and herzegovina phone number list for telemarketing success Communication? Advertising and Marketing? All of these careers seemed very interesting to me and it was very difficult for me to choose.

After attending the Saló de l'Ensenyament, I discovered that the University of Barcelona had created a new degree called Communication and Cultural Industries, which was basically a mix of journalism, audiovisual communication and advertising degrees.

So I decided to sign up, with the intention of learning all the disciplines and in the future, specializing in the one I liked the most.

During your studies you were also working as an editor for Vavel.com. What does this site consist of and what did you do exactly?
The Vavel portal is a sports newspaper. I started as an editor for Sant Andreu, in the Spanish Second Division B, and soon after I went on to write for Porto, Sporting Lisbon and Milan.

During my time at Vavel I wrote chronicles, previews and was in charge of doing the minute-by-minute of some Champions League matches.

As a lover of sports and football, it was a great experience.

You then went on to work for Educaweb, where you spent two years. How did this opportunity come about? How did your profile evolve within the company?
I joined Educaweb as a student intern. Initially, I worked writing news on current educational issues, covering events such as the Saló de l'Ensenyament.

As time went by, I left current affairs articles to dedicate myself to writing posts about the new courses on offer, as well as designing and sending some of the company's internal newsletters.

During my time working at Educaweb I learned my first notions of SEO and discovered through the use of Google Analytics all the potential that data analysis offers us.
