Esker obtains new certifications to reinforce the transparency

Post by asimd5 »

Esker, one of the world’s leading providers of document process automation solutions, announces that it has received two new certifications for its Esker On Demand solutions for service-based process automation . These are the Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16 and the International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3402. Both have become new standards for reporting controls in service organizations and respond to the growing need for globally accepted international accounting standards .

SSAE 16 and ISAE 3402 certifications are based on a wide bhutan email list range of control objectives, including environmental control, physical security and environmental prevention, environmental safety, IT operations, information security, application development and data communications . By validating the quality and integrity of Esker's internal control processes and procedures, these certifications provide greater transparency and assurance to Esker's customers worldwide.

“As one of the few companies to achieve this dual certification, we are very pleased to play an active role in promoting and adopting truly global accounting standards,” said Jean-Michel Bérard, CEO of Esker . “Esker is committed to delivering the highest standards and operational excellence to its on-demand solutions customers around the world, and these certifications allow us to reaffirm the confidence of our customers and partners in the level of control Esker has over their infrastructure, as well as to eliminate any concerns around its security. These certifications also reinforce our strategy of helping customers automate and outsource their document business processes.”

Broad focus and greater transparency

SSAE 16, established by the Auditing Standards Committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants , is a new, broad and expansive approach to compliance reporting. It closely mirrors and complies with the first international service organization reporting standard. ISAE 3402, meanwhile, was developed to meet the global need for third-party reporting standards. In doing so, it provides a more transparent and unified reporting tool when it comes to monitoring controls in service organizations.
