With many improvements over the typical city, Telosa plans to provide an inclusive and safe environment for all future residents.
American entrepreneur Marc Lore 99 acres phone number data believes that cities are generally not inclusive, so he plans to create a new one from scratch. This city would have residential towers, commercial, cultural and health facilities. It would also include a rail system to facilitate travel.
Many cities struggle with housing shortages, water shortages, expensive sanitation options and the use of depleting renewable energy. With the chance to start from scratch in a western U.S. desert, Lore and Danish architecture firm Bjarke Ingels Group plan to avoid these obstacles. The goal is to improve the quality of life for 5 million future residents by implementing renewable energy, abundant water sources, transportation and many housing options.
This futuristic project, called Telosa, is envisioned to be the most sustainable city in the world. With better access to resources, this new city would be a safe place for residents to live and work. Additionally, they would feel connected to the surrounding nature that will fill and surround the city. Lore and BIG follow an equitism mindset where the socioeconomic system will support reasonable wages for employees and consider all people as equals.
Images of this master plan have recently been released, and the group hopes to complete the project within the next 40 years.
