Delphi is a technique that provides the group with an anonymous germany telegram data estimate of how much work is involved and how long it will take to complete a Backlog item.
These estimates are revealed and plotted on a graph. The team then reveals the causes that influenced their anonymous estimates, and they repeat this process. This will be repeated until the team's estimates are close to each other, and a consensus can be reached for the final estimate.

2. POKER-type scrum estimation tool
The poker method is derived from the Delphi technique. Each team member is given a set of cards, with numbers on them. The numbers are usually in the Fibonacci sequence.
The next step is for the Product Owner to reveal the Backlog's user stories , i.e. the customer's requirements. Team members are then asked to define a difficulty level for that Backlog item.
To do this, each member must choose a card that shows the level of effort they think the task requires. Members who choose high and low numbers must explain the reasons for their choice.
The team then re-estimates based on the new insights discussed until a consensus is reached.
