Listen first, then advise: Listen and understand the real needs of your potential students.
Record every activity in a CRM: Every activity that the admissions advisor performs must be recorded in a CRM. In Latin America, companies and institutions do not take full advantage of this tool due to the lack of a process or because they are unaware of its existence.

What are the consequences of not having a CRM?
The admissions team will never be able to identify the highest quality leads , i.e. which leads are most likely to buy.
The Institution cannot clearly predict income or losses . In other words, you will never be able to control the growth of the University.
You won't know if your consultants are actually doing their job . Are they sending sales-optimized emails? Are they following up properly? There's no quick or easy way to find out without a CRM.
