The 'home page' is the dashboard. By default, this page shows the daily unique visitors and the goal conversion rate . For each statistic, you can determine the properties, period, display (hour, day, week, month) and segment. The ability to use segments is especially valuable.

Real-time data, automatic notifications and custom notifications
The analytics app only shows graphs. You cannot request an overview of the most viewed pages, used keywords or exit pages . In addition to the dashboard, you have three other screens: real-time data, automatic notifications and custom notifications. You can adjust this via the menu at the top ('sliders' next to the account and profile name, then 'add statistics'). You can choose from almost all metrics including goals, events and e-commerce.

Google Analytics

Google has in mind that we use this app mainly in combination with the normal browser method (in the browser on your smartphone or tablet). The app offers quick access to the most important statistics and the browser provides full access to all functionalities. The app is indeed fast and one of the most complete, with detailed information about conversion and e-commerce. It is also the only one that offers access to advanced segments and individual goals.

There are also disadvantages: there is no table view. So if you want information that does not fit in a graph (page titles, keywords) you still have to open Google Analytics in your browser. And, there is no widget functionality. So you have to keep opening the app for the latest data.

gAnalytics
gAnalytics has been available for download since May 2012. There is a free version and a pro version. The free version has been installed more than 100,000 times. The pro version costs €3.83 and is a lot less popular with 100 to 500 installations. The only difference between the free and pro versions is that the latter is ad-free. There is no difference in terms of functionality. And that is good, because gAnalytics is very complete.

gAnalytics offers almost all reports, including real-time visitor uk phone data information. The layout looks familiar with the same order of the main menu as the web version. Table view is also provided, so reports with text (e.g. keywords, top pages and browser types) can be requested. Unfortunately, it is not possible to view the goals on an individual level and the possibility to apply segments is missing.

Using Widgets
What is possible is the use of widgets. You can choose from about 15 'numeric' statistics (so no keywords and page titles). The widget shows the profile name, the period for which information is shown and the time of the last update.
