A good example of a combined profile and header photo on Twitter can be seen on the profiles of Ryan Seacrest & Debra Ellis .
Combining your profile picture with the background is of course incredibly fun, but realize that people want to be able to recognize you by your profile picture. And of course, only your profile picture is visible in the timeline. Because your profile picture is such a point of re-acquaintance, it is advisable not to change it too often.
Twitter automatically adds granite, a kind of paraguay phone data overlay, to the bottom of the header, plus a white border around your profile picture. The microblogging service does this to increase the readability of your profile text. Be aware of this when you are creating a design.
