You've come to the right place! This blog explains how to import reviews from different channels into Trustmary and add them to your website with our ready-made review widget templates.
Where can I import reviews from?
The quickest way to get started with Trustmary is to import your business's existing reviews from review websites.

5-Step Guide to Importing Facebook and Google Reviews
Step 1: Go to the Import tab
You can start the process from the Import tab . You'll find it by clicking on Reviews from Page and then Import in the top right corner of the reviews page.

Step 2: Choose the channel you want to import from and start the import
After clicking Import, you will see different options for importing.
Click on Google or Facebook.
Google – Takes you to a Google sign-in page. Sign in to your Google account linked to your MyBusiness account.
You will then be redirected to Trustmary. Choose your Google MyBusiness location from the drop-down menu. Finally, click Save .

Facebook – Takes you to the Facebook login page. Log in to a Facebook account where you are an administrator of the desired business page.
Choose the correct page or pages from the drop-down menu.

Allows the requested configuration for the connection to work correctly.
You will then be redirected to Trustmary. Choose the Facebook page you want to import reviews from and click Save .
The software should now be pulling in reviews. It may take a few minutes.
Once you complete your first import, you can get reviews at any time with just one click.
Step 3: Go to widgets and create your first review widget
Next, go to the Widgets tab .
Click Create a new widget in the right corner.
Here you can browse through the widgets and choose the one you want.

Click the desired widget, and then click Use Template .

Step 4: Customize the widget to fit your brand
You can now name your widget and customize it to fit your brand.
You can change the colors, title, fonts, card size, and other details of the widget.

And first of all, you can hand-pick the reviews you want to display with your widget.
