Yes, the standard is important to us, but it is also important to listen to the wishes of our guests and introduce special offers that correspond to the tastes of the region’s residents.

There are regions where one can observe a special attitude towards local products.

For example, in Ulan-Ude and Irkutsk we saw people's saudi arabia telegram database great love for local berries and herbs. So, Sagan-Dailya tea appeared on the menu of the chain in these cities.

We have a coffee shop on the border of Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygea. And for many there it is important that the menu includes halal products. Therefore, we agreed on the supply of halal chicken and made special notes on the menu to make it easier for guests to navigate.

In Irkutsk, the menu includes cedar nut waffles. In Sakhalin, the menu once included jam made from the local tart berry, the krasnik.

In Vladivostok, people like seafood and Asian cuisine. So when we introduced a menu item with Far Eastern scallop and Asian nut sauce, it immediately "shot", although the price was noticeably higher than average.

Sometimes these special offers, which started out as local specials, end up becoming so popular that they become part of the chain's main menu.

In a business that is not related to catering, consumer wishes may be on a different plane, but they are in any case a source of valuable information and ideas for the entrepreneur.

We have several "incoming windows" for feedback from guests:

There is a quality control department, which primarily deals with guest complaints, but also accepts requests.
There are pages on social networks where guests are quite willing to write to us about everything they like or dislike.
But we get the most important information from guests in person. Guests often tell the employee at the window or the manager about their wishes.
As in any business, balance is important. You can't blindly follow all the wishes, and you can't ignore them completely.

If you maintain a common network standard while taking into account local peculiarities, your chances of success in conquering new territories will increase.
