Zinkia, creator of Pocoyo, goes public

Good news is coming to the Spanish stock market with a new IPO. This IPO, which took place yesterday on the Madrid stock exchange, is news for two reasons:
The first is due to the important technological component of the Madrid company. The second reason is because it is the first company to go public in over a year. It may be the economic situation, it may be the latest failures, but the reality is that… over a year without Spanish companies going public. Zinkia will be the first stock to be listed on the MAB (Mercado Alternativo Bursatil), reserved exclusively for small and medium-sized companies.
But what is Zinkia's activity?
– Produce audiovisual and interactive content of a family nature, focusing on children up to 14 years of age.
– Give importance to entertainment combined with educational elements and the transmission of universal values.
– Develop content with an international vocation
. – Integrate audiovisual content, interactive content and brand development as parts of the same business and commercial approach.
– Produce only its own content, giving priority to value over volume in its catalogue.
