Calls that subscribers earn money on

Post by Shishirgano9 »

A popular service among private users of MCN Telecom mobile communications is “Earn on incoming calls”. We tell you who it is suitable for and how it can be used to combat spammers.

According to open source data, 98% of Russians regularly receive taiwan phone number library calls from spammers and almost always, in 93% of cases, they are absolutely useless for subscribers. Moreover, most often the calls come at the wrong time, they distract from work or household chores, interfere and irritate.

Over time, the number of spam calls only increases. In 2021, they began to arrive to subscribers 170% more often, that is, their number increased more than 2.5 times. At least a third of Russian citizens answer spammers' calls several times a day.

How can this be combated?

Blacklist

The easiest way to protect yourself from a spammer is to blacklist the phone number immediately after the call. In this case, he will not be able to call you back, and over time the number of spammers will be exhausted by itself.

However, in practice, this does not work. Almost every company that makes cold calls uses multiple disposable numbers. When you try to block one of them, spammers switch to another and call back immediately.

The best you can do is reduce the number of calls slightly, but this will not solve the problem.

Use spam filters

Most major mobile operators offer a spam filter connection service. It automatically filters out advertising and fraudulent calls.

To separate spam calls from regular ones, operators use their own "black lists of numbers". However, according to the Law "On Communications", the operator does not have the right to add a number to this list without a complaint from the subscriber. Thus, if a spammer purchases a package of clean numbers and starts calling subscribers, he will achieve his goal - and only after that will he be blocked.
For this reason, spam calls most often come from numbers unknown to the subscriber. Moreover, up to 46% of incoming calls from unknown numbers are spammers and scammers. Some subscribers additionally install a caller ID and never pick up the phone if they do not know who is calling them. However, in this way you can miss important calls, for example, from distant relatives or potential employers.
