Users know they have a potential problem , but they’re not quite sure how to solve it, so they’re doing research, and that’s when we give them the perfect piece of content.
Just like you don't want to propose on a first date, you don't want to move too quickly in the TOFU stage. If you bet too heavily on the first hand, you may find yourself without any takers right away.
At this stage, the potential customer is still trying to educate themselves and may not even know what your company does (and that's okay). Building trust with quality content to educate and inform will help keep them engaged with your business.
