We bring all uCoz system sites into compliance with Federal Law 152up. 8-2017

The Federal Law "On Personal Data" was adopted back in 2006, but it has gained unprecedented popularity relatively recently. The fact is that the law has been systematically supplemented and adjusted. The main thing that website owners need to know is that from July 1, 2017, fines for violating 152-FZ will increase significantly, and violations can be classified under 7 different compositions and the fines can be summed up.

How did uCoz prepare for the implementation of Federal Law 152?
Two new pages have been added to the Users module settings:
Privacy Policy;
User Agreement.
The text of each page can be edited at your discretion, but we do peru phone number material not recommend changing it unless you understand the intricacies of the law.
Displaying checkboxes on the site
1. If the site uses uID authorization:
You can continue registering on the site only after activating the checkboxes indicating your agreement with the privacy policy and consent to the processing of personal data.
2. If local users are connected to the site:
For those who use a customized view of the user registration form, we have added special system codes with which you can customize the design of the registration form at your discretion using new checkboxes:
$AGREEMENT$ , $POLICY_SIGN$ and $POLICY$
If you have any questions or suggestions, be sure to write them in the comments.
At the moment, the update is only available for the old version of the control panel. Support for the new control panel will be added on Monday.

They took away my site "Blagoveshchensky Storozh" Sandro932.ucoz.ru Now I am called user Borisych there. Sandro932 is considered the administrator there, but they do not let me in under this login. Who will be held accountable for violations according to the law if the administrator is not allowed in the site?
