Product placement is the inclusion or mention of a brand, product or service in media, in exchange for compensation.
You've probably noticed it when you're watching a TV series or scrolling through social media . In some content, brands appear very prominently so you can immediately identify them in the image. This is product placement.
Cars, clothing, watches, smartphones, dietary supplements... Product placement, whatever its nature, is becoming an essential form of advertising, present on all channels. It's even increasingly seen in music videos and video games.
