Our customers are large b2b companies, they have many large federal customers. As a rule, such companies rarely sign standard contracts, more often they require special conditions and a lot of accompanying documentation. Accordingly, the approval of such documents is not a linear, but a rather complex business process. Many departments are involved in the approval of documentation, a large volume of documents passes through the system (GetChips lawyers, for example, approve 10 contracts per day).

Therefore, we decided to create automation at stages: to thailand phone number data break down all contract approval processes into blocks and intermediate stages (for example, “launch of BP”, “approval with a lawyer”, etc.), then create linear BPs within statuses.

Compared to how SberMarketing used to handle the document approval process (it was done in the Tasks and Projects module, and documents sometimes got lost), the positive changes are obvious. It has become beautiful, simple, and convenient.

The entire approval process is presented on the Kanban board. When launched, a document card opens with the necessary fields, where decisions and comments from all process participants are entered.

Return for revision, request for additional information, approval, collection of comments - everything is standardized. Each person responsible for the document receives a notification, and after viewing it, you can literally approve or reject it in one click.
