What is the most relevant digital marketing trend for you that is coming?

We are all used to hearing about the upcoming marketing trends such as automation, data, IoT, etc. Apart from this, I firmly believe and trust that the topic of connected television is going to be much talked about. The reality is that not everyone has connected and smart televisions yet. Today we continue to market television in a linear way. Are we going to market with advertising on the big screen in the same way we do digitally? I think that it will change the way we do marketing, also linked to a future without cookies. Let's see what we invent to continue impacting the user in a more effective way.

So my bet is on connected TV and how we are going to adapt to an environment where cookies do not exist.

What is your go-to book, podcast or digital marketing channel?

When I started with all this, a few years ago, I learned a lot on my own, from all the content on the web. I have a special affection for the 40defiebre blog , which is very SEO-oriented. They helped me a lot on this topic and in trial and error.

Nowadays, there isn't a morning that I don't read Marketing 4 Ecommerce or Marketing News , and for a few months now I've become a fan of listening to podcasts. I would recommend yours, Lunes Inspiradores , which I never miss on a Monday, or En.Digital , or Marketing4eCommerce .



One of the biggest challenges for LG Electronics has been applying AI to consumer electronics products such as mobile phones, robots, home appliances and TVs. How has this improved the user experience? What learnings are you making at the data level and how will this help you improve your strategy going forward?

It's a very interesting question. AI is one of the trends we've been hearing about for a while now in the world of home appliances.
