Just like life doesn't always go according to plan, we may encounter some issues while using the program. How can we fix this issue as quickly as possible? I will provide general troubleshooting tips in this blog. We are always happy to help you and you can contact us for assistance. However, since our support team is not available 24 hours a day, these suggestions may be of some use to you.

To find more relevant results, we recommend using a single word to search in the Help Center. This is because if you use a phrase that isn't in our Help Center, it won't return any results. When you search using a single word, you'll get the maximum number of possible results. For example, you want to know if the program can batch convert PDFs, and you enter "bulk conversion" in the search bar. But we officially use "batch conversion" to describe the feature you're looking for, and then no search results will be displayed.

Have you tried to register the program using a license code and are seeing an error?
[Invalid License Key!' = -402] :You will receive a 402 error if your license key is not for the Plus version of the product, including Flip PDF Plus, Flip PDF Plus Pro, and Flip PDF Plus Corporate. Please download the correct program and try using your license key again.
[This license key has reached its activation limit!' = -404] :Each program license key has an activation seat limit. If you encounter this error, you will need to clear the registration on your previous device and transfer the license key to another device .

(2) After saving your book project, restart the software, import the project and see if the error occurs again. If not, you can go to the next step.
(3) If the result is negative, you can send us your project with a screenshot of the error, and we will fix it for you.

(1) There is a feedback feature in the program. You can send us logs via Feedback to let us know what actions you performed in the program and what errors you found in the program. The log file will not save any other personal information on your computer. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your privacy.
