How to Organize Tomorrow's B2B Marketing Team Today

If there is one thing that “doesn’t stop”, it is the world of Marketing and specifically, B2B Marketing. The role of B2B Marketing has become very strategic, abandoning its tactical cliché and becoming increasingly Customer-Centric, agile and data-driven. As a result, B2B Marketing Teams and strategies have had to evolve and any B2B company that wants to adapt should consider how to organize the B2B Marketing team.

As a former B2B and Industrial Marketing Director, as a current B2B Marketing Strategy Consultant and Mentor and also as an External Interim Marketing Project Manager who is currently helping to refocus or organize different B2B and industrial Marketing teams, I have been aware of this change for a long time and I am looking to instill it in the companies and people I work with. I will tell you how.
