Companies of the future: Sustainability and equality as fundamental pillars

Post by aklima@3 »

Companies that invest in sustainability at work are more sensitive to changes in the environment, more agile and resilient, generating competitive advantages.
On the second day of HR Expo, Álvaro Galán from Sage coordinated a round table where experts discussed sustainability and equality in companies.
Although labour inequalities persist, the situation in our country is positive, with strict compliance with labour equality regulations.
The second day of HR Expo featured presentations and round tables on the present and future of human capital management. Among them, we were able to attend the one coordinated by Álvaro Galán , Product Marketing Manager HR & Payroll of Sage Iberia , entitled: “ Sustainability suriname business email list and equality in companies under debate .”

This round table focused on sustainability at work and on labour equality. And to do so, they had the presence of three experts in the field:

Sandra Pérez Ruiz , labour and social security inspector, head of the area specialising in equality and non-discrimination in the workplace at the Provincial Inspection Office of Barcelona of the Generalitat of Catalonia.
Laura Valldevilaramo , People, Culture & Organization Director at Tous, whose focus is on attracting, developing and retaining talent by creating spaces where each person can grow and contribute in a collaborative and enriching environment.
