For this reason, a few months ago, Evoluziona Seguridad decided to trust Óptima Group for the implementation and customization of a technological management solution that will facilitate greater control of the commercial information of its company, specialized in on-board video recording products, with nurse data real-time visualization, for proper management and integration in fleet and vehicle control systems.
Headquartered in Valencia, with a commercial presence throughout Spain and, through distributors, in Portugal, Colombia, Brazil and other Central American countries, Evoluziona Seguridad provides its services to public and private bus companies, transporters, taxi drivers and other facilities.
Operating in a demanding and competitive market, in 2010 they considered the need for a technological platform that would allow them to improve commercial management and develop a more proactive promotional activity. “We found out about Óptima Group through the Internet and when they gave us a demo we saw the potential of the tool, which could be adapted and customized according to our needs. In addition, the price was competitive and the maintenance costs were low,” says Fernando Cobo, Manager of Evoluziona Seguridad.
The implementation process began in September of this year, after an initial phase in which the processes and information structures necessary to implement the Terrasoft Sales management solution were detailed, developed and parameterized.
After a brief training period, the sales department and management of Evoluziona Seguridad have started to work with this new platform, whose functionalities allow them to manage the sales cycle, from prospecting and monitoring to customer consolidation, thanks to the business process automation and workflow module, which tells users the next steps to follow, generates tasks and alerts.

It is also possible for the Sales Manager and company management to perform real-time analysis of forecast or consolidated sales figures through counters, filters and predefined reports.
