The Chinese social network is experimenting with allowing longer videos on its platform to diversify the type of content and attract a wider audience.
TikTok has begun testing the ability to post longer videos, up to 15 macedonia number screening minutes long, increasing from the current 10 minutes, in an effort to attract other types of content.
Matt Navarra, a social media consultant, was the first to notice the change and shared the message that users who have access to the option to upload 15-minute videos are faced with.

It should be noted that the social network has been characterized and has gained fame due to its short, 60-second videos. However, over time, the platform added longer videos. Thus, in 2022, TikTok increased the length of its videos, whose maximum duration was 3 minutes, to 10 minutes.
Now, the Chinese-based platform is looking to attract more users with a new measure: increasing the length of videos to 15 minutes. According to TikTok , this extension will give content creators more time and flexibility when sharing recipe clips, beauty tutorials, educational content and comedy sketches.
This feature is currently in the testing phase, so we'll have to wait and see if this new extension in video length will be possible in the coming months.
