The employee explained that the new policy is now only available electronically. It can be found on the national service portal or in the insurance company's app. The previous paper version is still retained by the owner, but is no longer actually needed.
A week later I needed to issue a statement about changing to compulsory health insurance, but I always forget about this, so I still haven't received it.

When filling out the questionnaire, I encountered a big difficulty: I needed to enter information about my activities (study and work) over the past 10 years.
I received my first foreign certificate immediately after graduating from university. I then filled out the application form without any difficulty as I had no special events going on at the time.
But I have had several employers over the past decade. Of course, I don't remember the name and address of the legal entity.
Searches such as "company with such and such legal address" yielded no results. I would have continued to suffer, but my husband suggested downloading the electronic employment record book.
