3 Ways to Organize a WhatsApp Mailing

Post by rakibhasan02 »

The choice of method depends on the volume of the mailing, available resources and your goals.

Sending via WhatsApp using a regular application
If you have a small contact list, this method will work for you.

You don't need any additional WhatsApp messaging services, just follow these simple steps:

Open the WhatsApp application on your smartphone.
On Android, tap the three dots: More options, then select overseas data New Broadcast and confirm. On iOS, go to the Chats tab, then select Broadcasts and create a new list.
Create a list of recipients of the information, including only contacts from your address book.
Write and send a message for distribution. Replies to messages will be visible in the "Chats" section.
You can make changes to the recipient list by selecting the "Edit List" option. To do this, click on the three dots or the "i" icon next to the mailing list of contacts.

There are some limitations to keep in mind. WhatsApp bulk messaging can include up to 256 contacts, all of whom must be in your address book, and your phone number must be in their contacts. This is an important condition for messages to reach their recipients. It is prohibited to use contacts obtained illegally. You must have permission from the owner of the number to receive messages.
If you work with a large audience and want to automate the process, then connect WhatsApp Business, and you will be able to send up to 1000 messages per day. Follow the rules to avoid blocking your number with the messenger's anti-spam protection. This situation can also happen if someone writes a complaint about you.
