How did Kids Class start?
Kids Class started because we both have children, and we were looking for a solution at that time to give something to our children. Something that would contribute to their development, that would be a good option and that would not commit you to just one thing.
Why? Because many times you pay the registration fee for a place, and then you no longer have the opportunity to learn about other things. And there was also no option to find out what was close to me right now to take my son.
Something that was easy, fast, at a good price, and also recommended by mothers like us: to be sure that if you are taking your child there, it is because it is something very good. That is how the idea of creating Kids Class came about.
What is Kids Class?

There have been several challenges but the most important, and since we are the connection between the places and the parents, was the part of digitizing the places .
The thing is that many times the places are small and super cool – and the teacher has been a ballet teacher for 50 years – but she has no idea about the technology or how to register.
That whole part of educating our business partners, not just the end consumer, especially now that we have helped them make videos, do Zooms to be able to reach the homes of the children and families who are part of Kids Class, has been a little difficult.

With the COVID-19 global pandemic in place, what strategies did you implement to keep the Kids Class website and business afloat?
When the COVID-19 crisis happened, it was very difficult for us. That's why we took advantage of the opportunity to create the new online classes page where you can watch, download and give live experiences, and where children and parents feel supported during this time.
Thanks to this situation we were able to expand our community: today we have five thousand more followers. And above all, the most important thing was to have created an online community, which complements those new needs that arise as situations change.
