Before receiving the offer to buy/sell SumaCRM from efficy, we spent almost 6 months getting to know each other, and during that time there were 3 key moments for me:

When I realized that with efficy CRM we could meet the SumaCRM (now efficy ) ROADMAP in just 6 months and thus be the best CRM.
When I realized that efficy's CULTURE was super similar to our culture .
When I realized that if I worked in a MEDIUM or LARGE COMPANY I would hire efficy CRM vs Salesforce.

But seriously, EVERYTHING. We are 100% OPEN . This statement left me in love :) Salesforce also does custom developments, but it is always through intermediaries. On the other hand, at efficy CRM the contact is direct. Thanks to that we are much more EFFICIENT and we are 100% committed to HELPING the client to be successful.
